Processing Times

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size/weight.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

These charges are not included in your order total or shipping fee at checkout.

Please check your country’s import regulations before placing an order.

Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, weather, or courier disruptions.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot guarantee redelivery for incorrect addresses.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns Due to Customs Rejection

If an international order is returned to us because import duties/taxes were not paid by the customer, we will issue a refund minus shipping costs once the item is safely received back at our studio.

For all DHL Express shipments, a valid mobile phone number must be provided at checkout. DHL requires this information to coordinate delivery and provide real-time tracking updates.

If no mobile number is provided:

Delivery may be delayed or unsuccessful.

DHL may be unable to contact you regarding customs clearance or delivery attempts.

Secateur Me Baby is not responsible for any delivery issues, delays, or returned parcels arising from the absence of a valid contact number.

U.S. Customs Regulations & Additional Charges

Please note that recent changes to U.S. Customs & Border Protection (CBP) regulations may result in additional duties, import taxes, or clearance fees being applied to shipments entering the United States.

These charges are determined by U.S. authorities and are outside of Secateur Me Baby’s control.

They are not included in your order total or the shipping fee paid at checkout.

Customers are solely responsible for paying any applicable duties, taxes, or fees to release their parcel from U.S. Customs.

Secateur Me Baby is not responsible for any additional charges imposed due to U.S. import regulation changes, nor for delays caused by customs clearance.
